Q. Why should I try Stand-up Paddle boarding?
A. It’s new, exciting, adventurous and peaceful all at the same time!  The view  from a Paddleboard is incredible! Since you're standing at your full height, you'll enjoy wonderful views of the sea life, and, you just may encounter dolphins, manatees and/or a school of fish! It’s almost like walking on water!

Q. Is it hard to learn?
A. Paddle boarding is very easy to learn. Within a short period of time you can become very comfortable in the water and on your board.

Q. Are there any age or weight restrictions?
A. Families are enjoying paddleboarding together! There is a minimum age of 7 and no one is too old

Q. Do I need to know how to swim?
A. Yes

Q: What should I wear for Paddle boarding?
A: Wear clothing/ swimsuit that lets you move and that can get wet.

Q. Do I need any Paddle boarding experience?
A. No! You only need to know how to swim! Since this sport is relatively new to the east coast, most people have had no prior experience with paddle boarding. The instructor will give you a great introduction to paddleboarding, provide you with all of the necessary paddleboard equipment and give you an informative paddleboard/safety lesson.

Q: Why not just use a kayak?
A:  The beauty of paddle boarding is that standing up allows you to enjoy much better views, both to the horizon and down into the water.

Q. What do I need to bring on my PaddleBoarding trip?
A. Recommended items to bring include: a hat, sunglasses (with a strap if you have one), sunscreen, drinking water.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We are a mobile company located in Palm Beach County.  Our most popular locations are Jupiter and Singer Island MacArthur state park.

Q. Where do the Eco Tours meet?
A. The paddle board Eco tours will leave from 2 locations. Just outside MacArthur State Park on Singer Island and the East entrance to Burt Reynolds Park in Jupiter. Directions are to the right.

Q. Which location is best for beginners?
A. Both locations are nice. The Jupiter location is better early in the morning and during the week.  There can be a lot of boat traffic at the Jupiter location and there is a boat channel that we have to cross.    The Singer Island location is the "Real Florida" It is a state park, and a protected area.  We tend to see a lot more marine life at this location. Depending on the tide level there are mangrove trails to paddle through and nice clear water.  This location is also away from boats.   Singer Island location tends to be better for beginners and smaller children.

Q. Do you offer group rates?
A. Yes, we do offer group rates. You can find our prices under our Rental Page.

Q. How far in advance to you need to schedule a tour, rental or Lesson?
A. Everything is by appointment only. We are a mobile company so each day we are at a different location.  Weekends tend to fill up quickly so we recommend booking an appointment as early as possible. You can book a reservation 1 month in advance.  A notice of 2 days is usually required for reservations. We also require a 24 hr cancellation notice.

Q. How early do I need to arrive for a tour or lesson?
A. We like everyone to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to fill out waivers and put on their sunscreen. Most of the time there are multiple parties participating, and we are on a set schedule.

Q. What happens if I am running late?
A. It is imperative that you arrive for your appointment on time. Once we’ve headed out for a lesson, we can’t leave a group unattended  in the water in order to help late arrivals. If you think you may be 10 to 15 minutes late, please call us at 561-537-6393 and we will do what we can to accommodate you. If you do not call or are more than 10 to 15 minutes late,  you will be unable to join the lesson and you will be considered a no show.
