Explore the serene waters of the Indian River Lagoon on a 90-minute guided stand-up paddle board (SUP) adventure! Launching near Coral Cove Park, your experience begins with a brief lesson from our knowledgeable guide, covering essential paddling techniques and safety tips.
From there, paddle toward Cato’s Bridge and take in the sights of the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse. Depending on the tide, you may glide over crystal-clear water, spotting playful manatees, sea turtles, and other marine life, or explore sandy shorelines in search of sea stars, conchs, and more.
In the winter months, this area becomes a “manatee highway” as manatees migrate to warmer waters. The shallow sandbars, rich with sea grasses, also attract sea turtles and other marine wildlife.

  • This location is best suited for those comfortable on the water, particularly around boats and occasional wakes.
  • Weekends and holidays can be busy with high boat traffic.
  • The area is open and can be windy; tours may be rescheduled or moved to another location for safety.

  • Ages 13+ may paddle solo on group tours (must be accompanied by an adult 18+)
  • Exceptions made for experienced paddlers under 13
  • Private tours, rentals, and lessons: ages 7+ welcome
  • Younger children can ride on an adult’s paddle board

Our main meeting spot is in Jupiter Florida at Sawfish Bay Park. We also take groups paddle boarding to Peanut Island and Jupiter Island, or any where else in Palm Beach County
