Paddling Experience
This sunrise adventure is recommended for experienced paddleboarders. Participants cross a boat channel and may encounter wind, currents, and changing water conditions. Comfort and confidence on a paddleboard are important.
Age Requirements
Participants must generally be 13 or older to paddle their own board and be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older. Experienced paddlers under 13 may be permitted with prior approval. Please contact us before booking for younger guests.
Tour Experience
Enjoy a 90-minute guided sunrise paddle around Peanut Island and the Lake Worth Lagoon. Your guide will choose the route based on conditions. Opportunities to explore the natural lagoon or snorkeling areas depend on weather, water conditions, and group interest.
