At South Florida Paddle, we're passionate about making your paddleboarding experience unforgettable. Whether it's your very first time on a board or you're a seasoned paddler, we're here to guide you every step of the way.
We specialize in guided paddleboard eco tours through some of the most pristine waterways in Palm Beach County, including Jupiter Island, Peanut Island, Singer Island, and Sawfish Bay Park in Jupiter. Every tour is designed to be safe, relaxing, and full of discovery.
Our guides are Florida natives (grew up right here in Palm Beach County) and certified Master Naturalists through the University of Florida. With backgrounds in marine and coastal science, they offer unique insight into the diverse ecosystems that make South Florida such a special place. From mangrove tunnels to crystal-clear seagrass beds, you'll paddle through breathtaking environments while learning about local wildlife and habitats.
Depending on the tide, each tour offers a different experience:
  • Low tide tours can reveal fascinating marine life such as sea stars, rays, conchs and sea turtles. 
  • High tide gives us beautiful water rich with marine life such as manatees, dolphins, sea turtles and rays. 
Wildlife sightings aren’t guaranteed, but there’s always a chance you'll encounter sea turtles, manatees, dolphins, spotted eagle rays, or brightly colored sea stars along the way. Our guides will do their best to make every paddle a fun, educational, and memorable adventure.

All tours are run on "island time"—slow-paced, serene, and tailored for all levels of paddlers. Just bring your sense of adventure and let us take care of the rest.
🛶 Eco Tour Overview

  • Includes: Life jacket, whistle, paddle board, and paddle.
  • Departure Location: Sawfish Bay Park, off Alt A1A in Jupiter, FL.
  • Tour Route: Paddle Lake Worth Creek Aquatic Preserve, Fullerton Island, and Sawfish Island. Potential sightings include:
    • Sea turtles
    • Manatees
    • Dolphins
    • Rays
    • Sea stars
    • Wading birds
  • Duration: 105 mins (1hr 45 mins) guided tour.
  • Ideal For: Beginners (calm, sheltered waters).
  • Time: Most tours are scheduled in the morning (weather dependent).
  • Group Size: Minimum 3 participants required.
  • Reservations: Required and based on availability.

👶 Age Requirements
  • Group Eco Tour:
    • Age 13+ can paddle solo (must be with adult 18+).
    • Under 13 with prior paddle boarding experience may be allowed.
  • Rentals, Private Tours, Lessons:
    • Ages 7+.
  • Younger children: Can ride on an adult’s board.

🌬 Weather Policy
  • Tours canceled if winds exceed 20mph.
  • Subject to weather and tide conditions.

📅 Booking & Cancellation
  • Booking: Online only
  • Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice for full credit to be used at a later date.
  • Waiver: Required. Under 18 must be with a parent or guardian.

Our main meeting spot is in Jupiter Florida at Sawfish Bay Park. We also take groups paddle boarding to Peanut Island and Jupiter Island, or any where else in Palm Beach County
